Your item/s must be in pristine condition and not damaged. So please look after them

We guarantee to refund you in full within 60 days or earlier of your purchased item/s, less £10 for p&p and shipping cost for each item you purchased from this website / app
Please return your item/s within 60 days of the date of your transaction which would be the date you purchased them

Within the 60 day guarantee period, please text alert us by just sending a quick text to Tony to his UK mobile number below that you wish to return your item/s and want a refund
Include the following details
In your text make sure you include your full name, address + postcode and your country
Plus your purchase date and Paypal transaction number. You will find these details in your Paypal transactions

How to package your items
Just place your items back in the original box. Then seal it up with cellotape
Address to post to
We will text you the address to post your returned item/s to
Tracking Number
Post your returned items with a TRACKING NUMBER and posted either by SPECIAL DELIVERY or RECORDED DELIVERY
This way we can both track your items as it travels through the Postal Systems
Refunds in 10 working days
Once we have received your returned item/s we will then refund your original payment within 10 working days or earlier by Paypal
